My journey

Over the past 15+ years I have focused on high-growth, high-performance cultures at top public and pre-IPO technology and financial services firms, such as Groupon, Twitter, Funding Circle and Eventbrite.

Along the way, I have navigated numerous HR challenges, leading the development and execution of global people programs amidst three IPOs, multiple mergers and acquisitions, and periods of significant expansion (and contraction).

Additionally, I have led global teams and completed extended assignments in Europe, further broadening my perspective and expertise in navigating diverse organizational landscapes.
